The Happiness Method
The Happiness Method is simple but effective way to add more happiness to your life.
We are often so busy that we forget what makes us happy right? We just keep serving everyone else and making sure they are happy. And then at some point it catches up on us that despite lots of happiness around us, we are struggling ourselves. We suddenly feel lost, guilty for feeling this way, stuck in a rut and plenty more. You are fabulous and deserve to be happy!

My Happiness Method is based on three daily actions:

Do one thing that makes you happy

Do one thing that helps you to feel better & healthier

Do one thing that helps you to achieve your goals
You actions might be different most days and seasons, but they all take you closer to that happiness within which is so important. Because if we don’t feel happy in ourselves, we can’t keep sprinkling it to other people either. Self care and your own happiness are not selfish, they are necessary!
