What you expect from each session

Our first session: Wellness MOT
Monday 20th May; 8:30pm
We will look into the movement, nutrition, sleep and self care. These four are very important for our well being and they should be at least little bit balanced. You know the saying â You canât keep pouring from an empty cupâ? Well it is true and I will show you why.
Our second session: Happiness, YOUR happiness
Friday 24th May; 1pm
We are going to dig little deeper what truly makes you happy and how you can have more joy in your life. Itâs time to start remembering what makes you happy and schedule those things in. I would love you to stop leaving yourself last on the priority list and remember that self care isnât selfish. It is necessary.
How to book your space for the course
I highly recommend you adding the sessions in your diary so you can make them live. But donât worry if life happens, you will also be sent the recording afterwards if needed, just make sure you still sign up!
